• All payments are upfront (unless the commission is 350$+)
• If the customer fails to keep contact for a long time, the commission will be dropped.
• If I feel uncomfortable in any way towards the client, I have the right to refund and drop the commission.
• Orders already on the waiting list aren't affected with price updates.
• Once the picture is finished, small changes like color adjustments / adding small details (or fixing mistakes) could be done for free.
• Any large changes (e.g., clothing changes, pose, setting) will be charged extra. Please ensure the initial description is accurate.
• Large and resized versions of the artwork are sent after completion.
• Commissioner cannot post the full size drawing publicly. (OK with resized work)
• Commissioner may not resell the artwork itself (safe for commissioners who paid the commercial price)
• NSFW commissions are welcome but will be private/cannot be posted by me or the seller unless explicitly stated.
• Commissioners cannot claim to have made the artwork themselves.
• No refunds are offered
• Paying for the commission means you accept the deadlines that I have set up and will be patient with me.
• Please do not make any sort of edits to the artwork that you have commissioned from me.
• All commissions will be posted publicly by the artist aside from NSFW
• Paying for the invoice means the commissioner accepts these terms and conditions. Send me the word "cuckoo" if you read this TOS
• Commissioner/Artist may not share each other's personal/contact details with third parties.
• You cannot make NFT's with my artwork
• You are NOT permitted to use my work for profiting from or advertising for blockchain-related technology, cryptocurrency, NFTs, and related future inventions
